Detail them in this step, how many flavors you are going to sell (It may be a good idea to sell only one flavor if you are a beginner), how many costs (Calculate the price and time) for making each items. Searching the internet such as Facebook and Instagram, most of your competitor are selling on those platforms. Find out some of them who are just started for more than 3 months and the selling model is similar as you are expected. You can decide the initial position by referring to their marketing methods and pricing.
  2. Bakery concept, having an engaging story will make people to remember your brand easier. This determines your future marketing and photo style, whether you go for health and wellness, cute and eye-catching, or simplicity above all else, those will affect your sales and buyers. So be very careful when deciding on this part, as it will not be easy to change it until later.
  3. Target market, an important part. You won’t sell elementary school students bread with alcohol in it since this might break your bank. Be sure who you are going to sell, gender, age, career, and family, the more detail you have written down, the more clear you can realize who will say “Shut Up and Take My Money!”
  4. Unique selling proposition, it may related to the use of premium ingredients, a special baking technique, or any other element that distinguishes the bakery from others. It’s time to write a story by yourself. In many cases, you can easily write it down once you have found the concept of your bakery.

Ensure you comply with local regulations. Register your business, obtain necessary licenses, and check health and safety requirements.

This step may be different due to your location, check with local health departments to understand hygiene and safety standards. Additionally, consider liability insurance to protect your business.
